La Santa Cecelia – Listening Party Custom Cocktail Menu

La Santa Cecilia is a Grammy-award-winning music group that exemplifies the modern-day creative hybrid of Latin culture, rock and world music. We hosted a record release/listening party for the band at The Studio Lounge, Artist Tree’s consumption lounge in West Hollywood, by Immersing guests into the world of LSC by steeping guests in the culture of Valle de Guadalupe. The event spanned two floors and included regional food and thematic, Koan Cordial cannabis cocktails in the lounge. The immersive listening sessions were hosted upstairs where press and VIP’s were able to hear from the band and listen to the new record in an intimate and inspiring atmosphere. We collaborated with the band, Fender and our partners at The Artist Tree to create a truly one-of-a-kind immersive experience in The Studio Lounge. LA FINCA

Ingredients

  • Choice of Koan Cordial
  • 2oz Zero Alcohol Mezcal
  • 2oz Celery, Cilantro, Green Tomato Juice Blend
  • 75oz Fresh Lime Juice

Steps

  • Rim glass with tajin and salt
  • Add all ingredients to tin and shake well
  • Strain over fresh ice
  • Garnish with cilantro and lime

LA COPA ROTA

Ingredients

  • Choice of Koan Cordial
  • 2oz Zero Alcohol Tequila
  • .75oz Fresh Lemon and Lime Juice
  • .5oz Ginger Syrup
  • Grenadine Floater

Steps

  • Salt rim Add zero proof tequila
  • Add Koan Cordial
  • Add lime juice and ginger syrup to tin
  • Shake well and strain over fresh ice
  • Add grenadine floater
  • Garnish with lemon or lime

ALMOHADA

Ingredients

  • Choice of Koan Cordial
  • 4oz Horchata
  • Lime and Cinnamon Stick Garnish

Steps

  • Add 4oz Horchata
  • Add Koan Cordial and stir
  • Garnish with lime and cinnamon stick

 

MICHELADA

Ingredients

  • Choice of Koan Cordial
  • 3oz Michelada Mix (recommend “I Love Michelada” Mix)
  • 3 oz Topo Chico

Steps

  • Rim glass with michelada and Tajin
  • Combine soda water and michelada mix
  • Stir and add ice Garnish with lime
