Delight Cordial

Ingredients

  • 2 oz. peach tea or black tea with a splash of peach nectar

  • 1 Koan Delight Cordial

  • 1 oz. fresh lime juice

  • 1 oz lemon syrup

  • 1 tbs the very best balsamic vinegar

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients into a shaker cup

  2. Fill with ice and shake vigorously

  3. Add fresh ice cubes to an old-fashioned glass or crushed ice to a coupe glass

  4. Strain shaken ingredients into glass

  5. Add DELIGHT cordial to glass

  6. Garnish with a lime wheel and a sprig of thyme and enjoy!
