Shipping policy

KOAN Pocket Elixirs™ are currently available only within the United States. Orders are processed within two business days of being placed and Standard Shipping typically takes from 5–7 business days, depending on your location. Expedited shipping takes between 2-4 business days, depending on your location. Orders are not fulfilled or shipped on weekends or most federal holidays.

Once an order is in transit, we are unable to cancel or change the shipping address.

Once an order shows as delivered, it’s considered complete. We’re not able to replace or refund items that are lost or stolen after delivery. If your order arrives damaged, please reach out within 10 business days so we can help—just email us at connect@koan.life.
