Refund policy

We want you to be way beyond “satisfied” with your Pocket Elixir™ experience.  We want you to be “delighted” with them – “Exuberant” even!  So, should your product be damaged in transport or if the snap malfunctions, please contact us right away.   We will be happy to replace it.  We cannot accept returns but we send you a new product or issue you a refund.
