Violet Butterfly

Ingredients

  • 4oz. Pear Nectar

  • 1 Koan Wonder Cordial

  • ½ oz. lemon juice

  • ¼ oz. lemongrass syrup

  • 2 oz. butterfly pea flower tea (tea is blue when brewed but turns purple when mixed with citrus)

Instructions

  1. Add ice to shaker cup and add 1st three Ingredients

  2. Shake and pour into a short martini glass or old-fashioned glass (Rock) with ice

  3. Add WONDER cordial to glass

  4. Top with fresh brewed butterfly pea flower tea

  5. Garnish with a lavender sprig and enjoy
